What we process
- Publicly available company information: company name, website, public material (such as logos and copy) and a general or work email address.
- The emails we exchange with you.
- Order details: name, email, company and your wishes for the ad.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card details.
- Technical logs collected by our host (Cloudflare) for security.
Why, and on what basis
- Contacting companies and making sample ads: legitimate interest (business-to-business marketing).
- Delivering and billing orders: contract.
- Bookkeeping: legal obligation.
How long
Contact details kept for marketing are stored for up to 12 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them. Order and accounting records are kept for as long as Finnish accounting law requires.
Who receives data
We never sell or share your data. We use trusted service providers: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website and forms) and Google (email). Some of them may process data outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Sample ads
We make sample ads from a company’s public material. Sample pages are unlisted and not indexed by search engines. We delete a sample and the related data on request.
Your rights
You can access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time by replying “no thanks”. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
